Lose Weight with These Healthy Smoothies

In the summertime, or anytime really, nothing can be as good as drinking a yummy, fulfilling smoothie. There are so many different smoothies out there that you can make. We recommend always adding in a protein to make them more filling and better for your. The protein we use and recommend to our clients is AdvoCare. You can either get the Muscle Gain or you can get on of their Meal Replacement Shakes and add ingredients to them…or just drink them like they are. Either way, they are tasty!

One of the best ingredients to put in your smoothie is yogurt, especially Greek yogurt. It doesn’t matter if you are making a dairy-based smoothie (milk or soy) or a water-based smoothie (ice), adding yogurt can make a ton of difference in the taste. It will also make the texture of your smoothie creamier, and let’s be honest…who doesn’t want a creamy smoothie?!

Below I’m going to list 5 delicious smoothie recipes. So try these or experiment with your favorite ingredients. All right, go get your blenders and let’s get to smoothying (I don’t think that’s a word, but I like it! ) 🙂
