What do I need to bring?

Wear Comfortable sports clothes, supportive shoes and socks. You’ll need to bring a full size towel &/or an exercise mat along with plenty of water to each training session. A hat and sunscreen is also recommended. We also insist you bring a positive and energetic attitude.You can buy exercise mats at most sporting good stores, or alternatively we can supply one for you at our cost price. Hand weights are optional but not necessary.
