What is the pre-camp assessment?

  1. An introduction to Fit Camp and the ability to ask any questions you may have.
  2. A review of your medical and fitness history.
  3. Assistance in setting your fitness goals and tips on how to best achieve these goals.
  4. A brief walk through of some nutritional & supplementation information and the ability to ask questions you may have regarding your nutrition.
  5. Your coach will take a few simple body measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. We don’t care what the measurements show. It’s strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.
  6. Your coach will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don’t matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement.
